Peace Or Annihilation " Horrific Disturbing Visions of War" [Punk Holocaust]
It’s quite obvious this Indonesian band takes inspiration of early Discharge and Crucifix simply by their titles and imagery on the packaging: lots of mutilated war victims on the cover and song subjects, and lots of studs, spikes, and bullet belts elsewhere. Musically this is a super raw take on the early Discharge sound. Sounding somewhere between the "Why?" 12" and "Hear Nothing, See, Nothing, Say Nothing" LP but with a raw recording quality of the early EPs. Of all the Discharge inspired bands I’ve heard in my years, I would say this ranks up near the top with Disclose and Disaster! One really remarkable feature of this release is that it does not have a plastic cassette case; rather it comes in a printed cardstock box of roughly the same dimensions. 100php

Battle Of Disarm are playing fast and noisy, crusty hardcore punk with lyrics mostly about animal rights. They are one of the best crust punk bands out of Japan for sure. Satellite from Indonesia delivers 10 tracks of vicious ripping d-beat raw punk in your face! They also cover "Karnvapen Attack" by Mob 47 for good measure. 100php

Demilitarize " Kotasinga Jawbreakers" [Azadghei]
A new breed of politically charged crust/grind act from Singapore city. 13 tracks of vicious crust/grind matched with lyrics that deals with militarization, war, earth’s destruction, discrimination, poser punks, etc. Lyrics are sung in English and their native Bahasa Malay. 100php

Stronza [Azadghei]
The first release by these all female d-beat unit from Lion city, the raw and crisp sound recording adds more fury to the songs these girls had. One of the few all female bands that I’ve heard from Singapore lately should be fun watching them live. Total of 7 tracks. 100php
