Featuring both Melnicks of Integrity fame, In Cold Blood existed both during and after the brothers' time in Integrity, and possessed the same speed, darkness and metallic crunch. This contains tracks from multiple recording sessions in 1995 and 1998 including a handful of live tracks from a show in Germany.

Incarnate "Embrace The Horrors" (CD)

Incarnate from the Netherlands was formed in 2003 and the music could be described as a perfect blend of heavy hardcore and 90's thrashmetal. NEVER FACE DEFEAT from Koblenz/Germany was formed in May 2001 by Carsten Dötsch, Karl Broi, Patrick Schöne and Ronny Zeche. Playing a heavy but still very original sound with lots of different influences they have been compared to various well-known HC-acts right from the beginning, but in doing so they always kept their own characteristic style.

Samsara are a meld of the old school and the new with frontman Baina of Her Nightmare fame mixed in with the rest of the band coming from Within Blood, Shotpointblank, Day Of Contempt, 101 Words and even heading back further to the first Mindsnare and Blood Duster albums. With all of this experience the band knew what sound they wanted and looked To Kurt Ballou to realize this. Not only has Kurt worked with Doomriders, Hope Conspiracy, Cave In, 108 to name a few but has also played and recorded his own band Converge. The album was tracked by Kurt in Australia and then taken back to his GodCity studio in Salem Massachusetts before being mastered back in Australia by John Roberto at Crystal Mastering. If you are into (old) Hatebreed meets Figure Four meets Merauder this record will blow you away!

With its cover art being painted by artistic luminary and musician Daniel Higgs, from its packaging design, to the music within, it is a must have for anyone interested in the genre. Poser Disposer are a crossover grind outfit from Saskatoon featuring Mike and Kramer from DFA. They band takes their Beyond Posession style of sound and sets it on overdrive with hyper blast beats. The music is also pretty rad. Screamed vocals over rapid beats, crude guitars and harsh melodies, a.k.a. rough and thrashy grinding, at times, hardcore punk. Yeah, this Canadian three-piece, has successfully found their way to my heart - through my ears, ripping shit up on the way.

Rampaging fast hardcore in the style of Life's Halt, DS 13, Tear It up and No Justice. The blazing speed and power are broken here and there by charged up heavy riffs that show guitarist Marcs longstanding inspiration from '70s hard rock. While there are a lot of bands mixing 70s rock and hardcore right now Vitamin X does so in a fashion that doesn't tone down or slow down their high energy hardcore attack. The burly rock riffs merely add to the tension and power of the thrash onslaught to come.
