Try to relax, and position yourself in a most comfortable way you can be.
Close your eyes.
Then you start with the colors.

First off, red. Try to imagine and i mean really imagine something red. Anything red. Like, an apple.

You have to really concentrate and imagine the apple just like it's really in front of you. Don't stop until you're convinced that you painted in your mind, a very perfect image of a red... not green, nor any other color, but a very red and very realistic apple. Don't stop until you do so.

After that, if you are already satisfied that you've imagined the most perfect red object, you move on to the next color... orange. All you have to do is paint the most orange object in your mind. And don't skip any color until you have orange right in front of your face.

I do this whenever i have sleep problems. I never ever reached yellow. Orange already makes me fast asleep. Razz

Nung panggabi pa ko may tina take ako yung Melatonin naka relax siya so mas improved yung pagtulog mas madali ka rin antukin, iniinom ko sia 30 mins - 1 hour before sleeping, pero hindi talaga sleeping pills so pag hindi ka inaantok hindi ka rin agad makaka tulog. pero solb ang tulog mo pag nakaganun ka avaialbale sa GNC and health express

Read a book. Get a valerian pill, or chew on it, goodluck with the taste though.
